Our first Affordable Housing consultation platform in
partnership with Coastline Housing Association led to us informing the community about the proposed housing scheme in Connor Downs. Residents were consulted on the details of the proposed scheme. Including Scheme Design, Road layout, Parking and Environmental arrangements.

Residents of St Erme had a chance to share their views and influence the details of the proposed Affordable Housing scheme, which was being considered. Within
the platform, Coastline had also shared how to express interest in the affordable homes and who is eligible to get them.

To show that the GoCollaborate platform can be used beyond NDP planning, we worked with Helston Community Interest Company to conduct a consultation on their community projects. Seeking resident’s views on the footpaths and cycle ways within Helston's town
centre, as well as wider cycling connections to support both commuting and leisure cycling.
